After an almost empty year, 2021 is opening its doors to a new CSI5* and 2* circuit in North America – Major League Show Jumping. Canadian rider Keean White is the co-founder with Matt Morrissey, head of the Morrissey Management Group. The format of the tour will be similar to a Formula One World Championship. It will consist of ten events and eight teams of riders from different nations, six of whom have already been announced. They include McLain Ward, Karen Polle, Nayel Nassar, Jennifer Gates and Margie Goldstein-Engle.

Canada will be hosting the first stage in Vancouver on May 27-30. The riders will then hit the road to Traverse City before returning to Canada for three events in August: one in Bromont and two in Toronto. Traverse City in the USA will also host a second competition before the teams head to Mexico, San Miguel and Monterrey in October. Thermal will host the penultimate stage of the circuit before the finals which will take place on December 8-11 in the California town of Coachella, famous for its music festival. Over the ten dates, riders will compete for $7,000,000 in prize money.
